Your contact and postal details, each control box or tool (type and serial number), and any notes on the fault.
Send it on your own freight account, or have PLASSON arrange freight and oncharge the cost.
Email the completed form to service@plasson.com.au and send your tool to the Service Centre.
Our technical team evaluates your tool in hand and sends back a repair quote for your approval.
Accept the quote and we repair and return your tool.
