PLASSON valves control flow in poly pipe systems without the corrosion that ends the life of metal valves. The range covers quick coupling valves (QCV) for irrigation and stock water, full-bore ball valves for isolation, and pressure reducing valves (PRV) for mining. All are made from tough, UV-stabilised, corrosion-resistant materials and rated to PN16.
Quick Coupling Valve (QCV)
The QCV turns pressurised water on and off with a click-in key. Installed at ground level, the internal valve sits normally closed so nothing leaks out. Lift the flipcap, insert the key, and the valve opens; a sprinkler or hose fits on top of the key. It replaces above-ground taps and standpipes, and installed in a valve box you can mow straight over it. A lilac-cap version connects to recycled and grey water systems.

Ball valve
PLASSON full-bore ball valves replace traditional metal valves with a leak-proof, corrosion-resistant alternative that copes with aggressive fluids. A simple on/off action controls flow; a lockable option covers situations where security matters. Full bore keeps flow and system life high, and long or short handles suit the install.

Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV)
The PLASSON fixed-ratio PRV delivers stable pressure control across its full flow and pressure range. It’s a MineSpec valve, engineered from corrosion-resistant plastic with a hydraulic design and sealed moving components that stand up to abrasive fluids like sand and stones. At around 15 kg it installs fast, vertically or horizontally, and is maintenance-free. It assembles directly to PE pipe through integral PLASSON compression fittings.
